2016 Unified Development Ordinance Updates

The documents linked hereunder document proposed changes to the Pulaski County Unified Development Ordinance (currently being considered for adoption by the Winamac Plan Commission and Winamac Town Council for Winamac land-use planning) and the Official Zoning Maps of Pulaski County and Winamac.

The Pulaski County Advisory Plan Commission conducted its public hearing during its regularly scheduled meeting at 7:00p.m. on Monday, 28 November 2016, in the second-floor Commissioners Room of the Pulaski County Courthouse, 112 East Main Street, Winamac. It approved these changes, and the Pulaski County Commissioners will consider its recommendation at their meeting at 6:00p.m. on Monday, 19 December, 2016, at the same location.

The Winamac Plan Commission conducted its public hearing at 5:30p.m. on Wednesday, 30 November 2016, in the meeting room of the Winamac Municipal Utilities Complex, 623 West Eleventh Street. It approved these changes, and the Winamac Town Council voted to adopt the Unified Development Ordinances, with presented changes, and to approved the proposed amendments to the zoning map on Monday, 12 December 2016, to become effective on 1 January 2017. The Town Council declined to adopt the proposed fee schedule.
