Pulaski County Development Fee Schedule
On 19 January 2021, upon certification by the Advisory Plan Commission and recommendation by the Building/Planning and Zoning staff, the Pulaski County Commissioners adopted this current fee schedule, the Pulaski County Development Fee Schedule, continuing previously adopted fees for various permits for land-use changes and improvements and residential building permitting and inspections, as well as penalties for violations of the Pulaski County Unified Development Ordinance, and amending some fees.
