INSTALL RWY 9/27 LIGHTING AND VERTICAL / VISUAL GUIDANCE SYSTEM (REIL; PAPI); INSTALL TWY LIGHTING; GUIDANCE SIGNAGE; AND AIRPORT ROTATING BEACON
The Winamac-Pulaski County Board of Aviation Commissioners will receive sealed bids for the following project until 7:00 p.m. E.T. on 5 May 2020, at the administration building, Arens Field, Winamac, Indiana. All responsive bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at this location immediately after the bid proposal due time by the Owner.
A voluntary Pre-bid conference will be held at the Arens Field administration building at 11:00 a.m. E.T. on 22 April 2020.
Bids to be mailed shall be addressed to the attention of the Winamac-Pulaski County Board of Aviation Commissioners, 2595 North U.S. 35, Winamac, Indiana, 46996, and shall be clearly marked “Sealed Bids, DO NOT OPEN”. Bids delivered in person may be taken to the same address prior to the bid proposal due date and time.
